Claude Code v2.1.206 adds dir path suggestions and /doctor check

The update adds directory path suggestions to the /cd command, matching /add-dir behavior. A new /doctor check proposes trimming checked-in CLAUDE.md files by cutting content Claude could derive from the codebase. The /commit-push-pr command now auto-allows git push to the repo's configured remote.
