Claude Code 2.1.198 launches Claude in Chrome GA and agent notifications

Claude in Chrome is now generally available in Claude Code 2.1.198. Background agent notifications fire OS hooks for agent_needs_input and agent_completed. A new /dataviz skill provides chart and dashboard design guidance.
