Unsloth adds AMD GPU support for local inference and fine-tuning

Unsloth now officially supports AMD hardware for local inference, fine-tuning, RL, and deployment on Windows, Linux, WSL, and Mac with AMD GPUs. Unsloth Studio is fully supported as well.
