Claude Code 2.1.207: Auto mode on Bedrock, Vertex AI, Foundry

Auto mode is now available on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry without opt-in. Bug fixes include terminal freezing while streaming long responses, remote managed settings consent dialog, and spurious prompt-injection warnings.
