Claude Code 2.1.204 fixes background agents, adds login warning
Version 2.1.204 fixes background agent sessions stalling on macOS (regression in 2.1.196) and background sessions becoming unresponsive due to stale tokens. A warning is added when login is about to expire, and manual permission mode badge is now visible.
