Stilta raises $10.5M seed for AI-powered patent litigation

Swedish startup Stilta raised a $10.5M seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Y Combinator and others. Founded in December 2025 by former McKinsey engineers, its AI agents automate patent invalidity and infringement analysis, competing with Patlytics and Solve Intelligence.
