Claude Code memory tip: query notes folder like a database
A user replaced Claude Code's monolithic CLAUDE.md with a folder of notes, and instead of letting the model re-read everything each session (burning context), made it query the folder like a database. Grep was missing relevant files as the folder grew past a few hundred files.
