Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP authentication CLI commands

Claude Code v2.1.186 introduces 'claude mcp login' and 'claude mcp logout' for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI, plus status filtering in the /workflows agent detail view. The update also adds --no-browser stdin redirect support for SSH.
