Claude Code 2.1.178 simplifies agent teams, improves safety

Version 2.1.178 removes manual team setup (TeamCreate/TeamDelete); with the experimental flag, every session has one implicit team spawned via the Agent tool. Destructive git and terraform commands are now blocked unless explicitly requested, and deprecated models trigger warnings.
