Thomas Ptacek: Use LLMs as copyeditors, not ghostwriters

Ptacek's rule: never use a single word an LLM suggests, since frontier models are "supernaturally good at selecting pleasing turns of phrase" and readers detect LLM output "in the parts per trillion."
