Claude Code 2.1.185 improves stream-stall hint and safety

Stream-stall hint now triggers after 20s instead of 10s. Destructive git commands and terraform/pulumi/cdk destroy are blocked unless explicitly requested. Fixed TUI corruption in Windows Terminal and other bugs.
