Claude Code 2.1.198 released with Claude in Chrome GA and background agent improvements

Claude in Chrome is now generally available, offering direct browser access with no install. Background agents auto-commit, push, and open draft PRs after finishing code, plus a new /dataviz skill for chart guidance.
