White House issued export control on Anthropic's Fable 5

The White House gave Anthropic 90 minutes to pull its Fable 5 model before issuing an export control barring foreign nationals from using it. The model, an updated version of Claude Mythos Preview, had been restricted to cybersecurity partners over hacking concerns.
