Claude Code 2.1.193 adds autoMode.classifyAllShell, OpenTelemetry updates

The update adds autoMode.classifyAllShell to route all shell commands through the auto-mode classifier, and assistant response logging via OpenTelemetry. It also introduces live file path autocomplete in bash mode and automatic memory-pressure reaping for idle background shell commands.
