Claude Code v2.1.181 adds new /config syntax and Apple Events opt-in

Claude Code v2.1.181 introduces /config key=value syntax for setting any setting from the prompt, usable in interactive, -p, and Remote Control modes. It also adds sandbox.allowAppleEvents opt-in setting for macOS and a CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE environment variable.
