Claude Code v2.1.195 adds mouse click disable option

New CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_MOUSE_CLICKS env var disables mouse interactions in fullscreen while keeping scroll. Fixes hook matchers with hyphenated identifiers to use exact matching instead of substring.
