OpenAI launches GPT-5.6 Sol publicly

Sol is a frontier model with strong coding, science, and cybersecurity capabilities. It launches at the same price as GPT-5.5, alongside Terra (half-price) and Luna (fast/affordable). The models were previously limited by a US government request.
