Nemotron 3 Ultra harness tuned to match Opus 4.8 at ~8x lower cost

LangChain demonstrates that by tuning only the scaffolding (harness) around a Nemotron 3 Ultra, they matched Opus 4.8's best agent run at roughly 8x lower cost. The approach does not modify the underlying model.
