Claude Code 2.1.186 adds MCP login/logout CLI commands

New CLI commands authenticate MCP servers without the interactive menu, supporting --no-browser redirect for SSH. Also adds status filtering in /workflows, a 'Skills' section, and fixes streaming failures after sleep.
