Claude Code 2.1.198 adds Claude in Chrome GA, background notifications

Claude in Chrome moves to general availability. Version 2.1.198 also introduces a /dataviz skill, stacked slash-skill invocations, and fixes for SSL certificate errors, subagent failure handling, and background agent daemon on Linux.
