Claude Code 2.1.185 improves stream-stall handling, blocks destructive git commands

The update changes the stream-stall hint message and timeout, blocks destructive git commands in auto mode unless explicitly requested, and adds a warning for deprecated models. Several fixes for subagent and TUI issues.
