How Robin, the robotic companion, keeps patients calm during hospital visits

Robin, a kid-sized, speech-only social robot from Expper Technologies, assists staff in around 30 hospitals, dental clinics, and adult care facilities. Expper sold its first robot in early 2020 to an LA dental clinic; co-founder Davit Martirosyan says Robin's personality is a 'kid from the universe' who dreams of going back to space.
