Minnesota fights xAI's First Amendment challenge to nudification ban

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison argues xAI's Grok Imagine created an "unparalleled marketplace for digital sexual violence" as a federal judge prepares to hear the case. The state's HF-1606 law, effective August 1, bans AI tools that generate realistic sexual images of identifiable people, with penalties up to $500,000 per image.
