Spain's AEPD reports first agentic AI data breach
The Spanish Data Protection Agency says an AI agent chained a successful login, vulnerability discovery, and access to personal data, including the ability to modify records and reach invoices. AEPD calls it a qualitative change, since an agent can plan tasks, use tools, and adapt autonomously.
