Claude Code v2.1.179 fixes connection drops and WSL2 scrolling

Mid-stream connection drops now preserve partial responses instead of raw errors. Also fixes mouse-wheel scrolling in WSL2 under Windows Terminal and VS Code, a regression from 2.1.172.
