Claude Code 2.1.198: Claude in Chrome GA, agent notifications

Claude Code version 2.1.198 makes Claude in Chrome generally available and adds background agent notifications. Stacked slash-skill invocations now support up to 5 skills. Bug fixes include improved SSL error handling and subagent error reporting.
