Claude Code v2.1.186 adds CLI MCP authentication and workflow filtering

v2.1.186 introduces `claude mcp login` and `claude mcp logout` for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI without opening the /mcp menu, with --no-browser stdin redirect support for SSH. It also adds status filtering (press 'f') to the /workflows agent detail view.
