Anthropic redeploys Claude Fable 5 globally after US lifts export controls

The U.S. Department of Commerce lifted export controls on Fable 5 and Mythos 5 on June 30. Fable 5 returns on July 1 with new classifiers to block cybersecurity tasks, and will be included for up to 50% of weekly usage limits through July 7.
