ComfyUI adds native INT8 support with INT8-ConvRot quantization

ComfyUI's latest stable branch adds native INT8 support. The INT8-ConvRot quantization method reportedly beats FP8 in speed and quality on 2xxx/3xxx/4xxx/5xxx cards.
