OpenAI launches GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, and Luna

GPT-5.6 Sol sets a new state of the art on a cybersecurity range and tops the DeepSWE leaderboard at 73%. Sam Altman says Sol costs half the price and is ~twice as token efficient as prior models for the same tasks. Sol, Terra, and Luna are now generally available on Amazon Bedrock.
