Claude Code 2.1.251 adds model-switch hooks, symlink security fixes
Claude Code 2.1.251 ships 71 CLI changes, including PreModelSwitch/PostModelSwitch hooks to block or annotate model switches and fixes blocking symlink escapes in file tools. It also adds live streaming of foreground subagent tool calls to Remote Control clients.
