Strands Decider 2B is a 1.9B-parameter open-source decision model that returns a choice, yes/no probability, or score with calibrated confidence in about 115 ms, running locally on CPU. Built on the torso of Qwen3.5-2B, it briefly topped the Jevbench ranking for models of its size.
