Anthropic redeploys Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 after export controls lifted

Export controls on Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 were lifted June 30, with access restored July 1. The models were suspended June 12 under US government order, and Anthropic implemented new safeguards.
