OpenAI launches GPT-5.6 Sol on Cerebras at up to 750 tokens/s

OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol is expected to run on 70-100 Cerebras wafers, with ~3T total parameters and 150B active. Chief scientist Jakub Pachocki called it a 'meaningful improvement' over GPT-5.5, with a July launch.
