Baidu targets Hong Kong listing by year-end, vows Wenxin top-tier return

Baidu reported Q2 revenue of RMB31.3 billion, with AI-related businesses accounting for over half of revenue for the second consecutive quarter and GPU cloud revenue up 283% year over year. It plans to complete its primary Hong Kong listing by the end of 2026.
