Claude Code 2.1.229 adds `claude remote-control --continue` to resume sessions, server-supplied hook support for self-hosted runners, and SSE keepalive pings to prevent idle-timeout disconnects on Vertex and Bedrock. It also fixes streaming, crash, and Windows path bugs.
