Apple debuts M6 and M5 Ultra chips for Mac mini and Mac Studio

Apple's M6 is its first 2nm chip with a 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and Dual 16-core Neural Engine, while M5 Ultra features a quad-die architecture with up to 80-core GPU and 1.2TB/s memory bandwidth. The new desktops target local AI inference and development.
