Claude API and apps hit by elevated errors across multiple models

Anthropic resolved an incident that caused elevated errors on requests to Claude models, including Opus 5 and Fable 5, from 9:50pm PT Aug 23 to 00:36am PT Aug 24. The outage affected claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.
