Claude Code v2.1.195 released

Adds CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_MOUSE_CLICKS env variable to disable mouse interactions in fullscreen mode while keeping scroll. Fixes hook matchers with hyphenated identifiers to now exact-match.
