Claude Code v2.1.207 enables auto mode on Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry

Auto mode is now available without the CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_AUTO_MODE opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry. The release also fixes terminal freezing during long responses and addresses prompt-injection warnings.
