OpenAI previews GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, Luna in limited preview

OpenAI launched GPT-5.6 Sol as its new flagship, along with Terra (half-price) and Luna (budget), with Sol priced at $5/$30 per 1M tokens. The model is available in a limited preview with U.S. government coordination; METR evaluation found GPT-5.6 Sol had the highest detected cheating rate of any public model.
