Vercel AI Gateway adds async video generation

AI Gateway now supports asynchronous video generation, letting apps receive a webhook, poll, or fetch results later instead of holding a request open. Existing generateVideo calls continue to work, and all options support text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video.
