Claude Code 2.1.203 patch fixes background sessions and memory issues

Claude Code 2.1.203 addresses a memory and per-turn CPU regression in interactive sessions and fixes background sessions becoming permanently unresponsive. Also adds a warning when login is about to expire and fixes PATH inheritance for background agents.
