Claude Code 2.1.202 adds dynamic workflow size setting
Claude Code v2.1.202 introduces a Dynamic workflow size setting in /config to control workflow agent counts (small/medium/large). Also adds workflow.run_id and workflow.name OpenTelemetry attributes.
