Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP login/logout CLI commands

Adds `claude mcp login` and `claude mcp logout` CLI commands for authenticating MCP servers, with `--no-browser` stdin redirect support for SSH. Also adds status filtering (press f) to the `/workflows` agent detail view.
