Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP CLI auth and workflow filtering

Adds `claude mcp login <name>` and `claude mcp logout <name>` for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI with SSH stdin redirect support. Includes status filtering (press f) in the /workflows agent detail view.
