Claude Code 2.1.210 adds live tool timer and permission warnings

Claude Code 2.1.210 introduces a live elapsed-time counter for long-running tool calls and a warning for deprecated permission rules (Write, NotebookEdit, Glob). Also includes a fix for worktree isolation.
