NVIDIA NVLink Fusion expands with NVHBM custom high-bandwidth memory

NVHBM integrates NVIDIA's memory controller into the HBM base die, delivering up to 30% greater bandwidth, 15% lower power, and 25% more XPU compute area vs. HBM4E. Amazon's Annapurna Labs is first to adopt it.
