Claude Code 2.1.181 adds /config key=value syntax and Apple Events support

Claude Code v2.1.181 adds a /config command to change settings from the prompt, an opt-in sandbox.allowAppleEvents setting for macOS Apple Events, and upgrades the bundled Bun runtime to 1.4. The update also improves streaming, auto-retry on connection drops, and includes multiple bug fixes.
