Claude Fable 5 returns globally after US export controls lifted

Anthropic redeployed Claude Fable 5 on July 1 after US export controls were lifted on June 30. The model was suspended on June 12 due to national security concerns over potential jailbreaks. New safeguards block some cybersecurity tasks, and Fable 5 is included in paid plans up to 50% of weekly usage until July 7.
